About the Book

Welcome to ''L'Hexagone,'' my French series consisting of eight books and a workbook designed for students in grades 1 to 8. I am Rejula Charoth, the proud author of this series. I hail from Mahe, a region known for its beautiful river, ''Mayyazhi.'' This area holds a signifificant place in history as a former French colony, and it is here that I developed a deep passion for the
French language and culture.

During my education at École Centrale et Cours Complémentaires, a school with over 110 years of history, I seized the opportunity to learn French and went on to pursue a diploma
from EFL France. I was fortunate to have the support and guidance of my friend, Helan Margaret Fernandez, (GEMS Our Own Indian School, Dubai) who works as a French teacher. Her assistance, along with the skills of designer Sajeendran Puthur, enabled me to create this series.
