“Steam Ahead with Science” is a well-curated series of grades 1 to 8. It is a well thought out and planned endeavor to change the outlook of young learners towards learning of science. It enables the learners to understand and apply the scientific principles and scientific knowledge to their daily life. The concepts presented in a lucid manner enable them to have a better grasp of the content. They cultivate the ability to predict, hypothesise, analyse and draw conclusions. The series has appropriately graded text with supporting illustrations and images. An inquiry based appproach helps the learner to move from concrete to the abstract and find answers. Rational thinking is encouraged and curiosity is built through exploratory activities and experiential learning.
